Hard to see and hidden in the Project tab is the option to "Update Project". This allows you to take all or some of the incomplete work and push it forward to a future date. Very useful in case you have to stop work on a project or a strike etc. Take a look at MS Project 2010 Training Toronto, Mississauga, Update a Project
